» All-new Delarge

Updates have been a little sparse over the past month or so – this is because we were preparing the new site you are seeing now, the 9th version of Delarge. You might notice a few differences… we’ve moved a few things around and got a couple of new features such as the ‘Peep these…’ items on the homepage, you’ll find a stream of dope music, mp3 and design links and images we’re feeling, a mini slideshow of our latest photos, links to the music we’re pumping & there’s also the customisable header allowing you to choose from 3 header designs.

We have some great stuff coming up for the new site, some new interviews are planned with a few of your favourite rappers & there’s a new tshirt range coming shortly amongst other things. So keep an eye on the homepage for the lastest links, images and updates – or grab one of the RSS feeds.

Best of the beats

Our pick of the best podcasts:

  • The Beat Magistral (Con Anima) (mp3)

A massive deep dark flowing mix by Dj Heisa. A beautiful trip through abstract hip hop, jazz, classical and folk music. This man makes classical, jazz and folk music sounds like hip hop. Tracklist at http://bit.ly/1NmgzU »
  • D-Styles and The Glitch Mob (mp3)

    Go get Adobe Flash Player!

Another Low End Theory podcast - this one is just amazing! One of the best scratch DJs on the planet backed with the Glitch Mob. Beats are huge, bass looooow and you'll love it. Heavy head nod beats sprinkled with some classic hip hop tracks. A great example of how the LA beat scene is flying. »
  • Glitch Mob mix for XLR8R (mp3)

    Go get Adobe Flash Player!

"Long before the LA beat scene threatened to take over the pages of XLR8R, The Glitch Mob was turning heads with its party-starting and hip-hop-informed take on bass music. Now, on the heels of their debut album, Drink the Sea, Ooah, Boreta, and edIT have moved beyond the confines of their Southern California stomping grounds and taken their low-end rumblings to the masses. Fresh off a massive US tour, the boys put together an exclusive mix for the XLR8R podcast, right before they hit the road again for another lengthy run of dates." Link: http://dlrg.co.uk/xl-gm »
